with a copy of your child's or children's birth
certificate and donation, then submit.

The Sacramental Coordinator will call or email to:
- Review Baptism Registration information for your child or children.
- Coordinate Baptism date and time for your child or children.
- Register you and/or the godparents for the Baptismal Preparation Class.
- Review requirements and clarify questions or concerns.

- Parents will provide a copy of the Birth Certificate of child or children.
- Attend a Baptismal preparation session (You may attend a class at your Parish , or a Catholic Church offering the class)
- Additional documents requested if applicable.

Documents must be delivered no later than two weeks before the celebration of the Baptism.
Please note that until we receive the online Baptism Registration Form with a copy of your child's birth certificate and the corresponding donation, and a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, we will not be able to tentatively schedule your child's Baptism at Saint Louis.
